Shandwick Public Affairs
I worked on this project from 1997-2000 while working with the firm Ai/Ellstreet Corporation, which later merged with Perkins + Will in Washington, DC. The new offices for Shandwick Public Affairs in Washington, DC updated the company image to keep up with the progressive and mostly corporate clients they served. The core element of the design was Shandwick Café, a glowing beacon used to entertain clients and employees alike. Excellent views of Pennsylvania Avenue and the Capital were saved for the executive offices, while a Media Room was tucked off of the Reception Area to display the hard work that had been done for all of the company’s high profile clients.
